Nurses Career Support

Hi! I'm currently a CNA in North Carolina but I've been wanting to travel and do work in other places. How do I become a CNA in Peru, England, Rome and Italy? All help is highly appreciated! Thank you :)

Specializes in Complex pedi to LTC/SA & now a manager.

Most countries don't recognize unlicensed certifications. CNA is not utilized in most countries nor is it the type of position that would usually qualify for a work visa. Usually one needs a professional degree such as RN/BSN to be considered for work visas overseas. Often ASN/RN and LPN are not recognized either.

Specializes in Acute Care, Rehab, Palliative.

You would need at least a BSN for a work visa elsewhere.
