working in Germany Requirements

Dear All,

I just wanted to ask what are the requirements to work in Germany with expected benefits if compared to USA of the UK knowing that I had earned Diploma in Nursing Care since 4 years and earned my BSN recently from a British standard Education university based in my country Egypt.

    To work in Deutschland you need to prove your qualifications by a work sample or work test at a company at your own expense. They will evaluate your degree (the Central Office for Foreign Education Also Known as ZAB) they compare your degree to what the German degree is. You need to produce your degree, syllabus and what grades you received for each class, there is also an application to fill out and it usually takes up to 8 weeks to be notified. There is another road for Refugees. In Germany a nurse can be a nurse of a second level very much like a Master level nurse. I think you have to have education in a EU country, the USA is not included. If you go to the ZAB website they will have all the instructions. Viel Gluck.

    is it worth it on financial and social level to work there if compared to the US and UK?

    I was told that Language is the most important aspect, is that correct ?
