Work at a VA Hospital?

Do any of you work for a VA Hospital or work as a civilian in an on-post hospital? I'm a retired veteran and when I graduate, I want to work on-post or at a VA Hospital up north. I was raised in Texas and I want to start my life somewhere new and beautiful. Any advice? How can I get plugged in?

    I currently work as an LPN with the va. Go to USA jobs.com to see a list of various nursing jobs within the va system. Once you see something that interests you. Follow the info on how to apply. The hiring process is lengthy. It took eight weeks to get hired on. But in my opinion it is well worth it.
