Will I be able to be a nurse?

Hello everyone!

I just have a quick question. Last year in December, I received a summons for being in the park after dark. The officer told me not to worry about it and it wont be a big problem for me. I went to court and the judge gave me an ACD. If I stay out of trouble for 6 months, all of my charges will be dismissed. I did stay out of trouble for 6 months and my charge is now dismissed.

However, it's coming back to haunt me because i still know that I have to put this down when I'm applying to nursing schools and applying for my licensing exam. Will this affect my chances of getting a career in nursing? I know this seems very trivial but a crime is a crime regardless of what it is. I just feel really nervous about my future. This is in NYC if anyone is wondering.

Thank you!
