Will it be a good transition 4 me?

HI all, I have a question for you guys. I have never worked in LTC. I only have worked pedi ER right out of school. I am currently looking for a part time position, in LTC. My question is, would it be hard for someone with my experience? (I was a cna in a nsg home for 2 years before school, and a cna in a hospital the last year at school) . As an RN, would I be the only person on the floor? How does it usually work? I do know it will be different everywhere...has anyone else transferred to this area of nursing from something else? Just want to know how it might be. Thanks!!!!
