Hi, I'm new here but I would like some help with my decision in choosing a school. Ultimately I would like to be an RN but unfortunately it's pretty difficult to get into one straight away from where I'm from. So my question is would it be wiser to just go through a private school lvn program and then take a lvn - rn bridge later, signup for a wait list school and wait for however long that will take or trying my luck and apply to a school with a lottery system. My friend is also suggesting studying abroad and just taking the state exam here but there are a couple issues i have with that. Thanks for the help in advance :)

While waiting for a lottery I'd continue education into a BA/BS instead of jumping into a LVN. I am not a pro nor have I done this, it just makes the most logical sense!

In some places it is LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse.
