So I am on the wait list for HFCC and have NO classes to take until I get my acceptance to the program; so, I thought I would get an Nclex and just thumb through it while I am waiting! So heres the question:

Which Nclex do I buy? There are multiple ones to choose from!

Thanks for the input.

I was thinking the same thing, so I used a coupon from Borders and I now am the pround owner of a Saunders edition 3. It has a CD-Rom and over 5000 questions.

I like the Saunders too. Whichever one you get is fine, but it's easier to use for studying throughout the program if it is broken up into specific chapters (Psyche meds, Musculoskeletal disorders, fluid & electrolyte imbalances, etc...) vs. one that you have to seek and find questions that are relative to your current subject matter.

Yup, the Saunders comprehensive, this is a great book, it gives you overall study tips, and breaks every thing down- so even if you don't know anything about the NCLEX you can still understand this book, which i thought was great...

:[anb]:Hey thanks for the reminder about the coupon, I get the borders email aswell with the coupons! Im headed there to buy the saunders comp. book today!! Thanks again.:icon_hug:

I bought the Q&A review, now I hope to get another coupon soon so I can get the comprehensive edition 4 one. I am so nuts over being prepared that I could soon open a medical bookstore. i guess I will have a bit of light reading this summer, besides my patho book :chuckle

Saunders. We always used them to review for the nursing tests, too. Sometimes you'll recognize the questions...

Has anyone used the NCLEX flashcards?
