Which Job?

I'm a new graduate rn. My first job was on a OB floor working nights with base pay of 21.83 and night pay 25.55. I was let go 1 week before orientation was up last week. I just had 3 interviews and need help deciding.

Full time 12 hr shifts on Med Surg floor on a busy unit at a hospital working nights with potential days in the future making about $18.00 base pay and $22.00 nights with benefits

Nursing home PRN 12 hr shifts with rotating days and nights with potential of full time -23.00 days and 26.00 nights. No benefits unless f/t

Home health M-F 8-4 rotating every 5th weekend and call once every 5-6 weeks for 7 days making 20.00 and since its bases on a point system anything over 31 points is $25.75 hour. It's about 35 miles from my house but highly likely to have a rn position available near my house soon. I'd be next on list. This job also has benefits

By the way my OB mAnager said she was letting me go and would give me 2 wks pay to look for a new position. She said I needed more skills and that I basically wasn't a good fit for their high paced unit. I hated it anyway but sucked it up b/c I needed an income.

Of those choices, I would personally opt for M/S nights. Nursing homes have huge amounts of patients and I hated my home health rotation in nursing school for multiple reasons - extreme wear and tear on the car and taking your work home with you being the big ones. If you don't mind taking your work home, home health is not a bad option.
