Where to find field study topic ideas

Does anybody know of any databases or similar where I can find ideas for my MSN field study?

I am stuck between two topics that both interest me very much- spirituality and cardiac nursing. I am considering either something like 'Nurse run Heart Failure clinics' OR 'patient's perception of how spiritual practices impact health'.

I was told by professors to find things that have already been studied and further on those ideas. However, I don't really know where to look. Would I search on CINAHL, or are there other sites. Also, any suggestions related to either topic? thanks!
