    Virtually all universities offer most of the prerequisite courses for any particular nursing school. You do not need to list prenursing as your major anywhere to take the individual courses. Many people go to different schools to get different courses because of the inability to get the courses they need at any given school at any given time. Most people who end up at a BSN program in a university took their prerequisite courses at their local community colleges to save money and time.
