When will my license show up on the TX BON website?

Okay. After my third attempt, 265 questions and $7.95 I have my quick results and I finally passed! Now my question is when will my name and license number show up on the Texas board of nursing website? I took my test this past Thursday 8/13/15.

Thank you!!!

Congrats! Is Texas one of the States that does all its background checks, application reviews PRIOR to authorizing your exam? If so...I guess it all depends on their backlog. MOST States that do all that prior to ATT get their websites updated anywhere from one day to a week.

If Texas is one of the States that waits for your NCLEX results before completing the application review and before doing the background check, it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks, sometimes more, before you even have a license issued. Passing the NCLEX isn't a guarantee of a license.

I'm sorry I don't recall where Texas falls on all that, but hopefully for you it's not long :)

Yeah I'm pretty sure they did all the background checks and reviews beforehand. I read somewhere they update Tuesday's and Thursday's, but I wanted to make sure! Thank you for your answer!
