ok, i will be a second time test taker next thursday for the rn exam. the first time i took the test in june, and i only did questions just to do them, not reading why i got it wrong, or right. i did a review rhinehart the makers of the exam cram book in which they teach sooo quick in 3 long days that i couldn't focus. now i think i'm ready even though i can hardly remember test questions on my last test, i remember the priority questions in general. i have invested in lacharity book in which i am doing well in; this books had really open my eyes. i am doing the exam cram review book in which i have read once ( a chapter a day) and now re-reviewing content online with live lectures and making note cards and continuing to rewind the video if don't understand it until i get it. i am up to 1000+ questions from all sources. i have read the kaplan book in which i really like and it help to find out what the question is really asking like pick out the stem, rearrange the question in my own words, eliminate the incorrect answers and etc. my confident has increase daily in which i hope that this is a good sign for success. if there is any question that i ask for repeat test takers and first......when do u know that ur ready to retake the exam......i feel good right now, but i know, i can shoot myself back down easily.
thanks for all ur support, i come to this website daily for inspiration in hopes that i can inspire others someday.
