Quick question here about chest pain. As a part of my assessment on every patient, I ask about chest pain. However, sometimes I struggle to know what needs to be paged out to the doctor. Normally I always caution on the safe side but for instance, if a patient only has chest pain when they cough and they have a deep, productive cough, would you page out just to be safe? Also, with covid this seems to be more common for patients because of coughing so I find it comes up a lot. Thanks in advance!
