When should I hear something from the State Board?

I am still, waiting ever so patiently, to hear back from the FL state board of nursing. I got fingerprinted 3 wks. ago. They said it may take up to 3wks b/4 I here something. How much longer should I wait? And is it appropriate for me to call the State Board, to find out my status? Afterall, I did "fork out" alot of money, to try becoming an "underpaid" cna......lol:confused:

    I'm not sure how it works in Florida, but are you able to check the status online? Are you waiting to hear the results of your test or for your certification number?

    No, I am waiting for the State to issue me a skills test "location" and "date". From what I gather, things run a little slow here in FL..

    I got a date a little over 4 weeks after I'd sent in my application. Then waited another 3 weeks for the actual test date. I'm in WI BTW.
