When would be a good time to apply?

So I am almost done with all my pre reqs, hopefully by the end of April. I was wondering when I should start applying to programs? And would they consider me even though I'm still in the process of finishing some pre reqs?

Please check with the programs that you are interested in.. most have application windows that will let you know when to apply... and they will also let you know if you can have any classes in progress during the application process.. some allow it while some don't... I've even known some that would accept in progress credits but would automatically evaluate those classes as a "C" until the final grades were received.

It really depends on the program/school that you are trying to go to. Most schools will have a time frame in which you can apply for there fall or spring semester. Its important to know the dates, because if your late it can push you back time wise in getting in a nursing program. I'm in the process of trying to apply to nursing schools as well, and most of the programs that I have come across, they don't mind if your currently taking a class(prereq) that is necessary for the class, as long as the class is completed prior to starting the nursing program. However, some schools want you to have a certain number of sciences and math taken prior to even applying to the program, the remainder just has to be completed prior to starting the actual nursing program. It all depends on the school
