When to appy?

Hello All! I'm currently in a LPN program and will be graduating on Dec. 11th. I would like to when would be the best time to apply for open LVN positions? I was told I should start applying now but I have two months until I graduate. Also, what should I request for starting pay? (I'm in Texas)

You need to start applying now with a cover letter explaining that you will be graduating ____ and taking your boards_____. You can find many sample cover letters on the internet as well as sample resume's. Apply everywhere. Where do you live in Texas? I am from Houston. Make sure you SPELL CHECK OVER AND OVER and check your grammar. Have someone read it over before you send it. Not a friend but someone who is in the business world. Good luck.
