WHEN to apply for IV cert?

I am taking the NCLEX-PN in two weeks. I have already completed an IV certification program,(it was part of our lpn program) I have all my paperwork filled out and signed, I just don't know if I can apply now or do I have to wait until after I take the NCLEX? Can't seem to find this info anywhere. I am in Colorado.

    The school should have sent the IV info along with the other paperwork for your license. If they specifically told you that it is your responsibility, then, send it in now. Otherwise, it won't make the cutoff (maybe) and won't show on your license (until your first renewal) like in my state. Send it in now (and make certain you keep copies for your records, in case it gets lost in the shuffle). Good luck on NCLEX.

    Thanks so much for the info! I will get it in the mail tomorrow morning. Bit nervous about the testing. Kinda like finals, what do you study when you are getting tested on all of it. Sticking to labs, major meds,common diagnosis and safety. Fingers crossed.
