When to apply to CCBC program?

I was wondering what would be the best option. I am a student at CCBC-Essex, I want to apply for the day nursing program. I have completed all my program requirments for the program except for the sciences now i am taking classes that i dont really need. I am currently taking A&P 1 and wanted to apply to the nursing program in the fall when I will be taking A&P 2. Would you recommend for me to apply to the nursing program in the fall even though I have not finished A&P 2 or wait until I complete that. Are the chances pretty slim of getting in because i have not finished A&P 2 and Microbiology?

Thanks

I'd ask them. It never hurts to make an appointment with a nursing advisor. I can't remember their criteria but some programs won't even let you apply until you have all your pre-reqs finished. Some will let you apply when the pre-reqs are in progress so maybe you could take them this summer. Its really hard to take core classes like Micro and A&PII while taking a full load of nursing classes also. Good luck to you!

I recently graduated from CCBC Essex day program and I applied while still in a&p 2. I was accepted the first try but they do look at your gpa and teas test scores when making the decision. Good Luck, Essex day program is a difficult one and the instructors are not very helpful.
