Wheat Intolerance

Hi :)

I am not sure if any of your know about wheat intolerance. But for a while now i have been feeling really tired after eating carbs and fed up. A few weeks ago, for a week, i went on atkins which requires eating no carbs or sugar. During this week i felt brilliant, not feeling tired or anything. I had been tested for anaemia but it was negative. I went to doctors yest explained all this and she said i got wheat intolerance but never done tests or anything and she told me not to eat wheat.

Do you know if any tests need to be done or anything, or isit just the doctors word?

Thanks

I know where I used to live if you wanted any allergy testing it was generally done privately therefore you had to pay. You could try contacting your PCT and seeing what the local criteria is
