Hi Everyone :) Hope your all having a good day. Just wondering if I could have a little help. I need to write a scenario to hand in before I write a 4000 word essay. I need to write about a legal & professional issue seen in practice. Then bring in case laws, accountability etc to complete essay. Its very difficult to come across a dilema in practice. What I have come up with so far is doing essay on consent and capacity: A patient has come in for emergency surgery and did not get consented prior to this. Reasons why maybe nurses wernt educated enough on capacity because patient may not have had the capacity to consent. Or maybe patient might have had an advocate. I think the scenario may need more info, what do you think? Thanks
