What's in your lunch box?

In my inaugural AN post, I asked you guys to divulge your guilty pleasures--about 90% answered food.

So friends, what do you make and take for lunch? Brownie points if you post a link to the recipe. Help a hungry girl out ;)

*I love specialty gourmet flavor-infused balsamic vinegar (the kind that's so thick it almost tastes like a balsamic reduction). One of my lunchtime staples is pasta with a bit of lemon-infused white balsamic vinegar and some parmesan cheese. So filling, yummy, and easy to throw together in 2 mins.

*Microwave popcorn. Did you know that you can air pop popcorn with just a bottle of kernels and a plain brown lunch bag? Just pour some kernels into the bag, fold the end over, and stick it in the microwave for a few minutes. You get air-popped, fat-free popcorn for about 5 cents a bag. I keep brown paper bags, and container of kernels, and a small bottle of apple-infused balsamic for drizzling in my locker in case of popcorn emergency! This stuff has a ton of fiber, so it helps keep you full during your shift.

*Anything in a slow-cooker. When you're working 3 straight 12s, the last thing you want to do is come home and cook! Here's my fav slow cooker chili recipe--you can eat this stuff for a whole week!
