Ask questions as if you are interviewing them. Let them tell you some things about them that would make you WANT to work for them. What type of continuing education do they offer if any. How flexible is the scheduling if you need a day off for an emergency, how is vacation time accrued, how are holidays handled as far as which ones you get off and if you get any other benefits for working on a holiday. Is there any discounted prices for cafeteria, gift shop etc. When are raises given, what type of career ladder if any do they have, or is it a step system for yearly raises, what about cost of living raises? Do people work as teams or is it more individual care the staff do. It kind of depends on what you are looking for in an employer and what you would like to see from an employer. If you are in a position to be that choosey, i know some people cant be.

Who are you interviewing with? The manager of the department? Don't ask her about money matters. If she volunteers that info - ok, but save money questions for HR.
And NO perfume/ cologne for the interview. And make sure your shoes are polished and that they don't have run down heels.
GOOD LUCK!!!
One more thing - the trick to a good interview is to convince your potential employer that you have a lot to offer them and that you will be an asset to the facility.
