What did you send your apps off in?

Hi! I know this is a dumb question, but I generally wonder about this.

I am sending my app off for nursing school tomorrow. Did you guys send your applications off in a manila envelope so you don't bend your papers? Or did you just do a regular envelope and fold them up??

I can't send mine off in a small envelope because I have to include two forms and an official sealed transcript in its own envelope. That obviously won't all fit in one envelope. I don't want to bother them or think I am trying to hard with a manila envelope though. I guess that is what is going to be as it is my only choice!

Just curious about everyone else!

Hopefully you'd want them to think you are trying too hard, lol.

The manilla envelope should be fine - most of the time someone in the office gets them and takes everything out, staples, folds, files. The admission committee usually doesn't see how they arrive.

No I did not use a manila env. I folded my app. @ used a regular env. Trust me, the adm. committe is going 2look@ more IMPORTANT items. B/c u have2 send a sealed env. from a school's transcript @ u'r app. too then you should use a manila envelope to fit it all in.

I used a priority envelop with delivery confirmation or a tyvek envlope (size of a manilla envleope but has the added protection of being waterproof) also with delivery confirmation so that I know it got there.
