What is the schedule in the TCC program?

I'm applying at Tarrant County College's nursing program for the spring. I need to keep my job though to be able to keep paying for my apartment. What is the day to day schedule in the program? Is it possible to work full time and do the program, or at least part time? Please help! I am a little stress ball over this and the advisor won't return my calls!

I'm going to graduate on May 9th. I started in the fast track program for LVN's and paramedics but I needed to take a semester off shortly after starting so I ended up in the regular program (which honestly isn't different. The fast track just tests you out of the first semester and right into mental health). I only worked for a little bit of the program and then stopped working. A lot of the people I know worked full time but I know they all had a hard time balancing everything at times. You do get to pick your schedule but if you don't have "priority registration" then you're stuck with the left overs. It's a really great program and everyone I'm in school with has managed to make it through. Good luck to you í ½í¸Š

You no longer get to pick your schedule. They assign you. As of this summer semester for mental health and for fall 2017.

Seriously? Yikes! So you are kind of at the mercy of whoever does the scheduling?
