What is NRP? I have had some jobs ask if I am NRP, but I guess I've not heard of it, or it is a different abbv. for a certification? Thanks.

It's a little more involved than just CPR. It is a course somewhat akin to ACLS or PALS, intended to guide the resuscitation process of neonates, particularly in the delivery room. Most hospitals require it of any RN or RT who works in L&D, NICU or Mother-Baby.
