What to do now?

My nursing licenses was suspended in July of 2008, after jumping through all the hoops necessary I was able to have it reinstated in October 2011. That month I started the program HPSP and have been with them ever sense, It took me a while to find a job but started my position at the beginning of the year. I missed two UA's at the beginning of the year, and had my colors change (we have to call in everyday to listen to colors) With this last change only one of my colors changed so i was Plum and Lime, Sometime in this last quarter I reverted back to listening to my old colors Plum and Silver this caused me to miss 3 UA's I only found out I converted back to my colors because with the last UA I missed I said there is no way i missed another one, and demanded to know what the colors where. None the less I found out today that I have been discharged from HPSP , I am freaking out! Will they revoke my license now? Has any one else gone through this?

You would need to contact your BON. I do not understand the color issue or how changing the colors made you miss a screen. In NC you check with First lab and either do not test or given an option my option usually is option 2. Also in NC a missed ua is considered positive test so again contact your BON.

I tried contacting the BON today, and have not had a return call yet. I am just praying that I get a chance to meet with the board before any actions are taken against me. I am not sure if they count missed UA's as positive, but that would make sense. I am just so bummed out ..
