What is the Kaiser New Grad Program and how to get in?

Recently passed and received my LVN license. Been job searching for a week. I stumbled upon the "Kaiser New Grad Program". However I could not search for a definite description of what it is. Is it a something you can "enroll" in and receive a certificate upon completion? Or is it an "orientation/ training" after you got hired by Kaiser?

    This program is for New graduate RN's that have less than 1 year experience. They train the RN's on the specific unit that they have been hired for.
