What is a course description? Required

Hi good day all nurses im a foreign graduate from philippines and recently i endorse my license from vermont to nevada board of nursing and they issued me a temporary license. And got my mail today looking for a course description, listing the required courses of obstetrics , pediatrics and medsurgical and psychiatric nursing. This is a document that should come from your school of nursing. In the US course descriptions are often part of the class syllabus and in the colleges catalog of classes. It is a summary description of the class, course description and includes credit/semester hours as well as the total lab/theory/clinical hours per week or class. You cannot create a course description it must form from your school just like a transcript must come from your school.
