What book?

Thank you all of you for your advices...I'm starting at the ER in 4 weeks...wish me luck. So now, I'm looking for the perfect book that will prepare me to what I'm going to see at the emerge. I've found 2 so far : Sheeh's Emergency Nursing and Emerggency Core Curriculum ...which one is the best for a onco-hemo RN (like me...!)....

Thank you!!!

Your Policy and procedures book is the most important one you need. And that doesnt cost anything............................

LaMartine :p I'm jealous!

Let me know how your transition to ER goes. I am about 1 1/2 mos. from being able to transfer from my current unit to our ER here. I've been on my current trauma unit for almost 2 years.......but only little less than 6 mos as an RN. (Was lpn in school while working)

Looking forward to my own transition!
