About your nurses that is! :heartbeat Where I work, there is a huge sense of teamwork among most of us. I appreciate that because it makes the work easier for everybody and it makes me want to help out more!
I really like it when a nurse says "Let's (do something)" rather than barking orders like "(You) go get a temp on pt in room number x" When nurses are barking orders, it makes me not want to do my job. :smiley_ab :trout:
I've only been working for about a month now but becaus of this job, I'm learning what kind of nurse I want to be and that nurse is one who creates an environment of teamwork and comraderie (we are in this together afterall) :biere: :icon_hug: not one of nurses vs nurse techs. :argue:

That is a rare find, and that is good that you all are a team. These nurses know that they cannot do everything and need extra hands to contribute to the care of the patients.
