Went back

My boss from the company I left 2 weeks ago called me. She wanted the phone back and wanted to check with if I am sure I did not want to come back she had a nurse that she would hire if I did not want to come back. She has hired 3 nurses in the last 2 weeks. She wants to pair up a part time nurse with full time to help with visits. And I would not have to work every weekend with the new help. The area would be close to home and would not have to travel 40 min from home anymore. So I decided to go back. I have found out that the company I work for you have to be on call as a home health and hospice one night a week and many have been called out to pronounce in the middle of the night. The company I work for now territory is 20min-40min from home and I have been leaving my house at 730 and getting home after 5 every night. So I decided to go back. Told my new company and they want me to stay for 2 weeks. So no more complaining just have to deal with it things are not always greener so if things get bad again I will just have to deal with it.
