5 weeks to go!

:nuke: It's exactly 5 weeks today and we're off to Connecticut! Mixed feelings at the moment. House not sold, therefore hubby's returning after 4 weeks, who knows how long for. Son (18 in Nov) says he's not ready to go - leaving his friends, girlfriend (though not serious) etc, etc, but has handed notice in a work. He talks about going and then has these outbursts every few days!! Leaving daughter here, she's another year at uni, but have booked tickets for here to go over at christmas for 2 weeks with boyfriend. Wish things were running a bit smoother. I know things are not going to be easy at first especially if I'm on my own, son not happy and hubby back over here! Sometimes would be nice to have a crystal ball!! Handing my notice in next week!

This is all normal feelings and emotions. Once you get here you will be so busy you wont have time to think of home. Your son can phone mine if you like when you get here and he will be able to offer some advice. Does he have myspace.com? I know my ds has I dont know the address of it but can find out if it will help your ds.
