Websites you use to apply...

I've used indeed...but it doesn't seem to allow a quick response. Careerbuilder? I've used that but it doesn't really have a quick response either. Does anyone know other websites that have worked? Some people have tried linkedin. Does anyone have experience using this? Is it safe to put your information on the internet? Would I just expect the employer to find me if I use this site? Haha.

The way I apply for jobs is I use those job search websites (indeed.com, careerbuilder.com) as just that a search for jobs. I find out the hospital what hospital the job is at from the description and apply directly on the hospital website.
