ways how to get to US

I'm a june 2007 grad and an nclex-ca passer.i have a tourist visa and i also finished all the paper works including my visa screen cert.My question is..is it better for me to wait for the visas to be current and just go to the US and have an AOS there or better to file an application here in the phils. with the help of agency ? or is there any other way how to get an employer without the help of an agency like direct hiring ?

It will probably be years before you can go the AOS route as you mentioned. Better to file CP and gain experience. You can contact hospitals to see it they will petition you but lately we are seeing mre posting on how hard they are finding it for direct hire.

You cannot come to the US and expect to be able to remain here, impossibile as there are no visas available.

You will not be able to remain past the 6 months on the visa and what are you going to do for six months here when you cannot work. Accepting any type of work and it will be grounds to get you deported.

And not sure what state that you tested for, but if CA, you do not have a license either.

Suggest that you take the time to do some reading on this forum and get some actual work experience under your belt first.

Wishing to take cuts is not a nice thing and that is what you are considering doing.
