Wake Tech Spring 2017 Start

MendedHeart I have been taking pre-reqs for three years. It's so hard when u can only take one or two classes a semester. I only have bio169 and micro leftí ½í¸Ší ½í¸Š. How about yourself?

Surprisingly a B in SOC 201, that class was the pits. I can never get into classes that I have no interest in. HUM 115 I got an A. That was amazing as I bombed my final with a 73, but my other exams were all in the 90's and other assignments as well so the average was 90. blah blah blah in the end. I'm looking for great news on my TEAS. I really want my social life back with my family again, at least this summer and fall before things heat back up again, lol. I decided against taking another class over this summer. I've gotten to the point now where what I have just has to be good enough.

I'm excited that you're taking your CNA, you're going to do great. I'm sure you'll be happy when its over. When's the class over, or is this the actual test that you'll be taking this month? I wonder has any alternates gotten in the program yet?

Jpeters247! I'm feeling it! So glad to be almost done with classes! My last final is tomorrow. Not sure how I'm going to do in BIO 155. I held an A all semester and didn't do too hot on the final. Crossing my fingers that somehow I keep my A. PSY 241 is another story. I am just now sitting down to study and my final is tomorrow morning. Typical end of the semester problems lol. I've been so focused on my NACES since I take that this weekend! After this week I will be turning in my app for the spring! Praise the LORD!!

Is it Saturday yet? Never been so excited/ready to take an exam before in my life lol! Anyone have any last minute advice?

Good luck!!!!! I know you will do great. I didn't do so hot on my test 2. I got an 80, but I had critical thinking and sociology finals all the same week. I focused more on that. Where are you taking the exam? I'm excited for you. You are almost there!!!!

gotgifts3, I struggled so much in sociology so I feel your pain. It's not a subject I can get interested in, so it was hard for me to focus. I busted my butt for a B in that class... that's why I decided to take BIO 155. Somehow I managed to pull an A in both BIO 155 and PSYC 241 this semester. I've been running around like a chicken with my head cut off since January lol! My NACES is Saturday morning at WTCC! How is your CNA course going? It'll be over before you know it!

6/18 - CNA STATE Exam

5/23-8/2 - BIO 169

I'm so excited and can't WAIT to get be done! As soon as I pass the STATE exam, I will be turning in my application!! After I pass BIO, I will be turning in my summer transcript. THEN.....it's the wait game. COME ON SEPTEMBER!!! :) GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!

Laila34, thank you!! I am so very anxious about September as well! It's going to be a long four month wait for me since I plan to turn in my application in the next week or so! We got this!! :) What are your points looking like thus far?

Thank you CN_2bRN919!! Yes, this will be the longest 4 months of our lives. I have faith in all of us! I've already taken BIO 169 (B) but it's a year outdated so I'm retaking it. After the TEAS and BIO, I am guessing that I will have between 173-184 points. I'm not happy about paying for this BIO course out of pocket, however; it will be an excellent review before clinicals in January

Laila34, I am almost positive you'll probably get in with thise points! At least I'm really hoping so since I'm pretty much in that same range with 186!

I can't apply this July because I won't finish my Cna and the test in time. I will have to wait until January. í ½í¸ží ½í¸ží ½í¸ž Good luck CN_2bRN919 tomorrow!!
