visa screen form - Wales or UK!!

I was just wondering if it made any difference if you put Wales or UK when filling in the paperwork for the visa screen certificate?

Born in England but all work and exams etc in Wales.

For where you were born, you put the UK, for school, you put Wales. You do not want anything that can give them any problem. The papers from your school will say Wales on the envelope as the return address.

Simple as that................you want to make it the easiest for everyone. One wrong statement or wording can delay you for months.

Their rationale at times can be different from what you and I would both imagine, so it is best to err on the side of caution and not give them any room for questioning anything. That would only hold you up for months.
