visa help b1/b2 to Eb or??

Im on a 10 year multi entry b1.b2 visa south african passport.I applied for extension and am still waiting(pending although the date is up)I have a job offer that is specifically skilled (the owner will create it to suit my skills)Im a qualified quantum touch practitioner(energy healing with animals in particular).Im still in the us and my 180 days will expire in 1 month-how can i stay in the states and become legit and start work-do i change status to eb3 ?-my potential boss will sponsor me and do what it takes to keep me here,my country is a mess and it just doesnt work for me anymore and my skills are better here and not many american have the skills yet here that i have-which i can train however i dont have a degree.Is there a processing fee and if so how much? -is there a alternative way i can do this-or should one just pay to make sure its done properly,which im hesitant to do?So basically what are my options to stay and not return to south africa ?thank you

Unfortunately, there is no way that you will be able to remain here in most instances. There are no adjustment of status petitions being accepted at this time by the US government, so the EB-3 is out of the question. Filing for the I-140 does not permit one to remain in the US while waiting. They are not accepting the I-485 and that is what you would need to have done in order to remain.

The H1-B visa will not be accepting petitions again until next April for a start date of October, 2008; and that also requires at least a Bachelor's degree for that.

Filing an extension of the tourist visa for the sole purpose of being able to remain in the US to start work is usually not granted, and then that would require that you leave the US right away. Without a valid reason, and a very good one, chances of getting it approved are essentially nil.

You may wish to look at another country, but there is going to be no way that you will be able to remain in the US that I am aware of at this time. What is going on in your country, or that it no longer works for you really is not a concern of the government here, if taken from an honest perspective. The issue is that you are wishing to remain here and that is where the problems start, it cannot be done at this time.
