My friend received a letter from the Board of Nursing regarding feeding a patient who was NPO and who had a g-tube for at least one year...Well my friend was working as an aide but currently had a practical nurse license in which received this year .....(a new nurse)...Will my friend's new PN license be stripped away?

Actions by the Board can only be guessed at from our point of view. Your friend should seek legal counsel to look over her response and advise her. We can't offer that legal advice here per the TOS.
