Versant Programs 2014

Hey!

Everyone who has applied to any Texas Versant Programs for 2014. Let's all chat here. I am going to be a Graduate Nurse in May. I have applied to various Texas Versant programs including: Texas Health Resources, Children's Medical, Parkland. If you've reached this post, you're searching the internet looking for more information too. It really helps when we can chat back and forth. Who knows maybe we'll be coworkers one day! Hopefully we can all keep each other informed during the process. Fingers and toes crossed! Good Luck everyone!!

    Has anyone reviewed their application status?

    For THR I put in 3 applications for residencies and 2 of them say "considering" and the other says "application in review process".

    I applied to 16 jobs 3 say considering, 1 is filled and 12 says review. Do you no which is better considering or application under review. I was told by classmate under review was better, I just wanted to confirm.

    Hi there! Under Review is better. For THR, I believe it goes like this..

    Considering > Application under review > Forwarded to hiring manager > Interview Scheduled

    For THR, by the time I was able to apply there was only one position available on the website. My application is "under review". I have no idea which ones are better. I thought that they would say "forwarded to hiring manager" I haven't heard of "considering."

    So I assume "routing folder" means you're not being considered?

    SSRM.. from what I remember in mine, I had routing to folder right after I applied. So routing to folder went before considering. I don't know if this is the same for everyone or not but from my experience, that's the order it went. I checked every day 3 times a day, lol, and saw all the status change.

    My fiancé said I'm crazy cuz I check my submissions constantly lol he said they can prob see how many times!!! Lol I said oh well they know I'm eager!! ?
