Vanderbilt NRP Fall 2018

I'm surprised no one responded to this! As you know from the other link I got NICU too! I see you are from CA. I too am moving from out of state! I am hoping TN is just as awesome as so many people have told me.

Hi! I'm also surprised there is a lack of response to this, but thanks for starting it! I just accepted a position in the Adult ED for the October 2018 cohort and am moving to Nashville from CA. Trying to get an idea if others are coming from out of state, as it is a big move for me!

Yep! I am moving from Massachusetts. While not as far as Cali it's a big move for me too! Congrats on your acceptance to the ED!

Same! What part of CA are you moving from? I pretty much grew up in San Diego so this is going to be a big change, but I'm super excited :)

I am moving from San Francisco! I also grew up here so it's exciting to think about moving and starting my nursing career in a completely different place! Still haven't figured out much about living or the program details either, but I figure those will come as October gets closer.

Same! It'll be a fun change for sure. I love SF, it's so expensive though, it's crazy!

Yes, it is crazy expensive here, which is also why I really won't mind leaving the bay area for awhile haha.. I weirdly haven't been to San Diego but I hear such amazing things!! I'm sure it was cool to grow up in such a beautiful city!
