Vanderbilt CVICU

Hi there,

I recently had a phone interview with Vanderbilt for their CVICU and have an in person interview in two weeks. The recruiter told me they do not disclose base pay over the phone. Does anyone here know the nurse salary at Vanderbilt for a nurse with 1 year of experience? Also any experiences working at Vanderbilt- good or bad? Thanks in advance!

    Vanderbilt has very good critical care units, it's work in the area of ICU delirium for instance is a frontrunner in the US. The pay though is comparable to other areas in the region, it typically starts in the mid 20's per hour (which includes benefits), after a couple of years you're looking at about $30/hr.
