VA Position

Hi everyone- going back into the workforce after a short break where I was taking care of elderly/ill family members. Applied for both NP and RN jobs based on my work-life balance. Got an email that I qualified for the RN job and curious about the pay series/grade. They tentatively assigned VA-0610-00 for the job but that doesn't seem specific enough considering I've been a nurse since 2007 and an NP since 2014. Thoughts? Also, what is the professional biography supposed to contain? I don't know if I did it wrong, but I just gave a run down of my work history and education. Any information is greatly appreciated.
