VA Job

Hello 

I wanted to get some advice from all my fellow nurses. I been offered a job opportunity with the VA. I am not sure I want to take it but I am also afraid if I say no that I may kill my chance forever with the VA. I do not like the location where it's at being a smaller city and I prefer a larger city.  has anyone experienced being blackballed by the VA for turning down a job, or is that just drama. Hospice is just not my thing.
