UWORLD

Hi friends!

I have been preparing for my NCLEX and I used NCSBN and UWORLD. I just finished answering all 1667 questions. And my overall performance is 50%. For those who pass used UWORLD is that good or bad?

Thank you!

My Uworld bank avg was 52% while that is kinda low I made sure I continuously reviewed rationales. That how you continue to improve. Good luck

Thank you for replying! I wrote down every rationale and review it!

Are you getting 50% overall just on UWorld? You're very dedicated to do all the UWorld questions, and that's awesome, I think I did approx 500 from the app. That being said, 50% is on the low side. I invested more time into reading and understanding the rationales, this is where the majority of your time should be spent, from my perspective, rather than trying to out-do yourself doing as many questions as possible at a high pace where you can't really absorb the rationale info as well.

So, my advice - go over those rationales you wrote down, focusing on the ones that target your weak spots, and review review review.

Good luck!

Props to you for finishing the entire length of UWORLD questions! Congrats (I only took 1000 )

In regards to your question, UWORLD is highly similar to the way NCLEX questions are presented and as long as you're passing the bare minimum, based on the type of questions the NCLEX gives, you're doing fine! That means if you're scoring 50% on the practice tests, you're are meeting the bare minimum to succeed on the actual NCLEX.

That said, granted you've completed all the UWORLD question bank, were you taking 75 questions at a time, and selecting ALL types of questions or did you break them apart?

Also, I hope you took the time to read the rationales as those were most helpful!

Do you have a date for the exam yet?
