UWorld Study Tips

Hello everyone! Does anyone have any UWorld tips or tricks that helped them to increase their scores?

I'm currently trying to study through it, but my scores are slowly dwindling.

What I try to do is take two 75 general questions tests (includes all subjects/topics) and from there I look at my weak points and take one 50 question test everyday based on that. However, I noticed that my scores are slipping :/

Any tips?

I just passed last week on my fourth try using Uworld. What i can tell you is that don't focus on your scores at all. Concentrate on the rationales and read them over and over until you understand said subject. I also found it easier by doing questions by body system for example i'll do med-surg and click on just "respiratory" then later do "gastro" you get the drift...Not only did i find it easier to understand how the system works but they would repeat certain concepts and procedures which made it easier to retain the info. Good luck!

I agree with the above!! focus on the rationales and really review them and study them based on how you study best. For example, my cousin loved flashcards, she had hundreds of them with rationales for things and that was how she learned the material; I liked having a marbled notebook and just wrote everything down and highlighted stuff as I went. It depends on your study preference, but whatever you have to do to get those rationales to stick, do it, because UWorld has the best explanations in my opinion.
