UWorld SCORES

I am preparing to take the NCLEX in about 1 week

I have been studying for a month with UWorld, am at the 80th percentile overall, average at about 62% on my QBank scores, and have gotten borderline on my first assessment and very high on my second assessment. I also took the free CAT test on nurseachieve.com and got "pass pass". I plan on listening to all Mark Klimek's lectures before my exam day so they are fresh.

I am utilizing UWorld by initially writing down all rationales, and lately for about a week I have stopped writing them and started to review them in my head and reading all rationales. Anyone have a similar experience? I AM SO NERVOUS and would love some extra tips or stories of experience! I totally feel like I can't do it!

You should be okay. I had similar scores and passed in 60.

Hi,

Where can you find the Mark Klimek lectures? They keep getting removed from Youtube and seem impossible to track down.

Hey guys I had a quick question. For NCLEX, is UWorld rationales the only content to study? The UWorld rationales touch on everything that NCLEX-RN covers?

I used Saunders to supplement UWorld. It goes by body systems and pretty much covers the most important things you should know content wise (especially the stuff in red font). I wouldn't recommend the Saunders questions to prepare for the NCLEX because I find them too easy, but they're good for reviewing the material you just read in the chapters. But honestly, I read Saunders cover to cover and I'm not really sure it helped me all that much. It feels like UWorld is really specific and it may not cover everything, but that's kinda how the NCLEX is. Even though I did Saunders and UWorld, the NCLEX still threw so many questions at me that I felt wasn't covered by any of my practice materials. And I think that's the way it's supposed to be.

I only used UWorld's rationales for content. It explained the topic well enough where I did not have to open up a textbook or find another resource. I went through the whole Q Bank and passed in 60 questions. Good luck!
