UTMB Summer 2023

Hello, I am also applying to UTMB Summer 2023. I have completed the application and received instructions to create a MyStar portal, but there are two applications in there. Does anyone know what this means?

I haven't yet either :( I couldn't find information of when we might hear back

I was trying to find information as well and couldn't find anything. I seen in the above comment someone said people heard back already or was I reading it wrong :(

I read that too however I think that might be too soon! I feel like more people would have commented about acceptances underneath the post?

Yes I was thinking maybe to soon too. Since the deadline had changed. I pray will all get accepted and hear back soon!! ☺️

I believe that decisions are made usually around 6-8 weeks after the application deadline, but it can be sooner or it could be later if there's a lot of applications to go through.

Just received an email From UTMB that states missing information (BON Blue Card Clearance.) Email and sender info looks legit, however, It says to add social security number for a background check.  Email states I can call instead if I prefer. I will call on Monday to be sure it's not a scam. Has anyone else received this email?

I have not but yes I would be very careful and just wait till Tuesday (MLK Monday) to verify! Some scams might even say things like 'calling to verify' just to sound official, best to wait!!
