Yea...there is required software that goes on the smart phone...If you have an itouch or something, that will work too!

sooo..i'm definitely having the same issues kitcait08...i'm on my 2nd password reset, and it turned out that they didn't have my ssn in the system...i'm going to put it aside to enjoy thanksgiving, but hope to have it figured out soon! HAPPY TURKEY DAY EVERYONE!!!

lol seems to be a trend! stay on top of it!! lol i finally found someone who would call me every day and say they tried something different could i log in? lol she was very sweet and it prob took about 4 days

when i accepted my awards on the financial aid portal, it said disbursement date 1/2/2011. hope this helps.
