Ehc at 319 pm...no facebook page yet but let me know when one gets started!

I didn't realize we had to have the Hep B series and the titer! My High School lost my shot records when I had to get the Hep B series for my Health Technology class. I was counting on getting the titer done...does anyone know if they will just allow the titer and then get the series again??

I looked on the website and according to the schedule the classes we will be taking are health assessment, nursing intro, patho and pharm, and adult 1 from those i've been able to cut off about 100 off using amazon from the schools price... all in all 400 for first semester nursing books is a steal!!

i need to check on that also!! when i had mine done they stamped a piece of paper for the records and the dates are unreadable!

$400 for ALL the books on the list? hmm...is amazon usually cheaper than half.com? i searched on half.com and i came up to around 675 for all books.

I don't even have a piece of paper. We went as a class with our teacher and they never handed us anything! And now they are claiming that my records are lost and its best that I just get it done again, but now more than ever I need to figure something out! Another stress....but I'm happy I'm in!!

i wouldn't stress too much usually as long as you have the series in progress they are happy with that...and its 833 at the bookstore for only the first semester jr classes. I found them for about 100 cheaper on amazon but i don't mind used.

and usually the same ppl selling on amazon are also on half so its usually comparable i just think amazon is more user friendly and offers more protection to the buyer in case something happens.

I found them for about 100 cheaper on amazon but i don't mind used. and i completely forgot to add in the health assessment book because i already have it. so that comes to roughly 500 at the bookstore with that one added in..

THANKS!! Thats lifts the weight of my chest! I figured they would want it complete....oh the books....soooo expensive! I will start buying them one by one with my paychecks. Are any of you planning on working??

by the looks of it you use some of the same books the first 2 semesters so that will def help....I don't think i'm going to work. It will be loans and brown bag lunches for me

Ok great! I think I may take the loan route as well.
