Oct 8, 201015 yr I'm thinking it must be some sort of gliche. I would think they wouldn't change e-connect until they at least send out an e-mail.
Oct 8, 201015 yr As far as I know, the status shouldn't be removed from the page. If anything, it's more likely a glitch. Just based on the timing of the BACC2 emails, we probably have another week or two before we find out. If they wait until the next step of interviews, it might even be longer. My interviewer said end of the month, but I know some other posts on here said their interviewer mentioned 2 weeks.
Oct 8, 201015 yr Probably so, I was just getting my hopes up. My interviewer said a couple of weeks. But who knows...to some a couple of weeks is a month!
Oct 8, 201015 yr Probably so, I was just getting my hopes up. My interviewer said a couple of weeks. But who knows...to some a couple of weeks is a month!I hear ya...it's only been several days and the wait is already killing me.
Oct 9, 201015 yr I heard when it says admissions decision and then says your program name that it means you have been accepted. That's what I read on last application periods thread.I know I'm obsessing with this, but what does yours look like on the application status page. What does it say next to Program: and Date: . And where does it say pending...i forgot where it was.
Oct 9, 201015 yr At program and term mine says way yours says. And under that it says application status: pending.
Oct 9, 201015 yr Thanks Courtney! My application status just went away, I would think that if I was accepted it would say accepted. Figures, still sweating bullets not knowing.
Oct 10, 201015 yr Well, the removal of pending means they put me on a waiting list!!! I guess I wasn't up to their standards. That really stinks to be put on a waiting list before they have even interviewed everyone.
Oct 10, 201015 yr I got a letter in the mail. I wasn't here all day yesterday, so I just checked it this morning.
Oct 10, 201015 yr everpark - Did you interview this past Monday? If so, I'm shocked they already had a letter in the mail.Either way, I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully you are at the top of the list and will get a call at some point. I know UTMB typically has a lot of applicants choose UT Houston (and they typically get their admissions decision after UTMB) eventually, so there will definitely be spots opening up.
Quota for this semester is 100.
